Board of Trustees

We are a member-owned club, covered by our volunteer Board of Trustees. The Board meets monthly throughout the year, and is made of nine members who serve three-year terms. At the Club’s annual meeting, held in March, members elect a slate of candidates, usually three per year, who can serve up to two three-year terms.

Questions, suggestions and comments from Members about the club and their club experience are always helpful for the Board, and are both welcome and encouraged. Please email us at at any time. Someone from the Board will respond back to you as soon as possible.

Seeking Board Nominees
Your Board of Trustees is seeking individuals to fill at least 3 volunteer board seats for election at the Annual Meeting, which will be held on March 6, 2019.  Trustees are generally elected for a term of three years with an expectation to prepare for and attend monthly board meetings as well as fulfill other duties as appropriate to the role. The Board is seeking to expand its competency in the areas of Operational Planning, Administration and Legal counsel, as well as continued strength in roles concerning Finance and Accounting.

The Nominating Committee will be sharing its recommendations to the membership in late February via Pool Cues, and via email. The slate will be voted in at the Annual Meeting in March.
