There is a separate website for making off-season lap-swim reservations:

Several notes on the other off-season lap swim website (http://offseason.vrstc.org):

  • Only members who have signed-up and paid for off-season lap swim are in the system and will be able to login and make reservations.
  • Your PIN on the off-season website will initially be different than your PIN on the main summer website.

Registration

Registration is now open to VRSTC members for 2023-24 off-season lap swimming. If you are planning to participate, please register by August 13th to insure your participation. Beginning August 14th, we will begin offering additional spots to those non-members on the waitlist.

Please click on the member registration link below for information, pricing, and to register. To access the member registration form you have to be signed in with your individual membership account and can register only as yourself. Each individual member of a membership wishing to sign-up for off-season lap swimming will need to login and register separately.

Also, we are planning to use the same reservation system that is currently being used this summer. The location will be on a special website, just for our off-season programs. Once it is set up, we will communicate the specifics.

(Please note: Non-members register through a different form. Because of space and registration restrictions we are only currently offering up non-member registration to returning non-member off-season lap swimmers. A separate email has been sent directly to those potentially returning non-member lap swimmers with separate registration information.)

Invoicing

Members: Around 8/15 invoices will be emailed (from accounts@vrstc.org) to all members registered lap-swimmers with payment options and amount due. These invoice emails will be in the same form and method as invoicing for yearly dues/fees, swim team fees, etc. providing 1) an online payment option as well as 2) an alternative option on mailing a check to our P.O. Box (no checks should be dropped off at the pool).

Non-Members: Around 8/15 invoices will be emailed (from accounts@vrstc.org) to all non-members registered lap-swimmers with amount due and directions on where to mail a check to our P.O. Box (no checks should be dropped off at the pool). Mailing a check will be the only option for non-members.
