Registration is now open to VRSTC members for 2025-26 off-season lap swimming. If you are planning to participate, please register by August 4th to ensure your participation.

Overview for Members:

• Cost: $750 for first registered member + $650 for each additional member. (Invoice emails will be sent 8/15/2025. See bottom of page for more information.)
• Dates: Monday September 8th, 2025 to Saturday April 25th, 2026
• Hours: Planned lap swim hours are roughly the same as last year. Weekdays: 6am – 2pm (8 lanes), 5:15 – 6:15pm (4 lanes). Weekends: 8am – 1pm (8 lanes). (Non-members only eligible to make 6am weekday reservations starting at 8pm the night before.)
• Attendant(s): No lifeguard will be guarding on the pool deck. Adult swimmers swim at their own risk. Certified lifeguard attendant will be on site.
• Age Restriction: All participants in off-season lap swim must be 18+ years of age (at the time of registration).
• Reservation System: We will be using the same reservation system as last year. It will be on a separate site but identical to the system we use for our summer season. Similar to summer season, our policy will allow each person registered for off-season to be eligible to have 3 reservations in the system at any time (including current day) for a 7-day period. Reservations come off the system at midnight for each day.
• No prorated partial portions of off-season: Must register and pay for ENTIRE off-season. There are no prorated partial seasons offered. For example, we don’t offer something like “just paying for September & October + March & April”, “just weekends”, “Mon/Wed/Fri only”, “just weekday evenings”, etc. Payment for the whole off-season is required for participation.
• Refund/Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds offered for lack of use/participation. Once off-season lap swim begins on 9/8, all sales are final.

(Please note: Non-members will register through the off-season website. Because of space and registration restrictions we are only currently offering up non-member registration to returning non-member off-season lap swimmers. A separate email will be sent directly to those potentially returning non-member lap swimmers with separate registration information.)

To access the member registration form you have to be signed in with your individual membership account and can register only as yourself. Registration is due by 8/4/2025 to ensure participation in the 2025-26 off-season lap swim program. Each individual member of a membership wishing to sign-up for off-season lap swimming will need to login and register separately.

Members: On 8/15, invoices will be emailed (from accounts@vrstc.org) to all members registered lap-swimmers with payment options and amount due. These invoice emails will be in the same form and method as invoicing for yearly dues/fees, swim team fees, etc. providing 1) an online payment option as well as 2) an alternative option is mailing a check to our P.O. Box (no checks should be dropped off at the pool). Payment must be received promptly to be ensured a spot in the off-season lap swim program.
