SWIM LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you must withdraw a participant from a class and notify VRSTC of cancellation at least 3 days prior to beginning of session start (Thursday before the Monday session start), refund will be granted minus a $10 administration fee.
• No refund will be granted for cancellations less than 3 days (Thursday before the Monday session start) before the start of a sessions (excluding extenuating circumstances; example: broken arm).
• For cancellations, contact the VRSTC Swim Lesson Coordinator (Brianne Hartung Pan: brianne.pan@vrstc.org).

SWIM REGISTRATION CHANGES:

• To make changes to a lesson, please contact the VRSTC Swim Lesson Coordinator (Brianne Hartung Pan: brianne.pan@vrstc.org)at least 3 days (Thursday before the Monday session start) before the start of the session. In some cases, a $10 administration fee may be applied.

LESSONS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF NATURAL CAUSES:

• Unfortunately, any swim lessons cancelled because of natural causes like lightning or air quality cannot be re-scheduled.
• Please allow up 14 days to receive any refund due to natural causes.

REFUND/PRORATING POLICY FOR MISSED LESSONS:

• There are no refunds or prorating for schedule conflicts or individual choices not to attend a scheduled and given class.
