SWIM LESSON - 1 HOUR FAMILY SWIM LESSON CARD POLICY
SWIM LESSON - 1 HOUR LESSON CARD POLICY

Please review prior to utilizing!

Complimentary Swim Policy:
With the purchase of every group swim lesson, non-members may use the pool as a family for one hour. This offer is strictly limited to immediate family (parents and their children); additional guests or extended family are not included.
To take advantage of this offer, please register via our online reservation system and present your child’s swim lesson report card upon arrival. This program is intended as a thank-you for participating in our lessons, providing an opportunity for your children to showcase their progress to their families.
Key Procedures & Restrictions:
  • Reservations: All families must reserve a time slot online prior to arrival. A link to the reservation system will be sent via email on the second Wednesday of the lesson session.
  • Lesson Cards: You must bring your lesson card to be validated at the time of your reservation. This is mandatory.
  • Duration: One card is required per hour, with a maximum visit time of two hours (which requires two cards and two reserved time slots).
  • Check-in: All family members must sign in and out at the front office.
  • Availability: The last day to use lesson cards this season is Sunday, August 30th. Cards remain valid for three weeks after the conclusion of your swimmer’s session. Note that restrictions may apply during holidays, special events, or due to staffing.
Club Rules & Facilities
Upon sign-in, we will review our core safety rules, including:
  • Swimmers must pass a swim test before entering the deep end or using the slide.
  • Children under 6 must be supervised in the pool by an adult or responsible baby-sitter, unless they have passed a swim test administered by a lifeguard.
  • Diving is only permitted in the slide dive tank.
  • Alcohol, tobacco, and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
  • Children in diapers must wear protective covering to prevent contamination.
  • Life jackets, preservers, other flotation devices, or swimming aids are not allowed in the pool.
  • No “horse play” in or out of the water. This includes riding on shoulders, throwing children, or unsafe stunts from the side of the pool.
