TENNIS LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you must withdraw a participant from a class and notify VRSTC of cancellation at least 3 days prior to beginning of session start, refund may be granted minus a $10 administration fee.
• For cancellations, contact the VRSTC Tennis Lesson Coordinator (Julia Haussmann: julia.haussmann@vrstc.org).

TENNIS LESSON REGISTRATION CHANGES:

• To make changes to a lesson, please contact the VRSTC Tennis Lesson Coordinator (Julia Haussmann: julia.haussmann@vrstc.org) at least 3 days before the start of the session. In some cases, a $10 administration fee may be applied.

LESSONS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF NATURAL CAUSES:

• Unfortunately, any tennis lessons cancelled because of natural causes like wet courts due to rain, lightning, or air quality will be attempted to be re-scheduled. If they are not rescheduled, they may be refunded.
• Please allow up 14 days to receive any refund due to natural causes.

REFUND/PRORATING POLICY FOR MISSED LESSONS:

• There are no refunds or prorating for schedule conflicts or individual choices not to attend a scheduled and given class.
