In addition to our regular board business, there will also be a comparison of the solar panel proposals we’ve received to date from VRSTC member Paul Zemtov. Greetings!

Our regular VRSTC Board of Trustees meeting for April will be on Monday, April 15th at 7:00 PM in the VRSTC Clubhouse. These meetings are open to members and we highly encourage you to join us to learn more about what’s happening at the pool.

For instance, with sunnier days approaching, solar energy is on our minds! We know there have been many requests over the years to integrate solar power into our operations. We’ve heard you and are currently accepting bids from solar power contractors to install a solar panel system on the south-facing roof of the locker room.

In response to this message, please let us know if you have any solar power contractors from whom you’d like us to solicit a bid. As this process will require a significant investment of time and money, we want to ensure that membership remains informed every step of the way.

Greetings!

This is a friendly reminder that the View Ridge Swim & Tennis Club Annual Meeting for the membership will be held tomorrow night, Tuesday March 12th, in the VRSTC Clubhouse. The Clubhouse will open at 6:30 for social time and light snacks. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 and will end by 8:00.

The Annual Meeting will include a review of the minutes from last year’s meeting, Reports from the Board, Treasurer and Manager and voting in the 2024 nominees for the Board of Trustees, each for a 3-year term.

Additionally, our regular VRSTC Board of Trustees meeting for March will be on Monday March 18th at 7:00 PM in the Clubhouse. These meetings are always open to the membership.

Dear Members of the View Ridge Swim & Tennis Club,

This is just a friendly reminder that our February board meeting is scheduled for tonight (2/10/2024) at 7:00 PM in the VRSTC Clubhouse.
