VRSTC Guest Passes - Checking Balance and Purchasing

With the start of the summer season, it is a great time to check your guest pass balance and load up on guest passes for this summer. You can now quickly and easily purchase passes online on our website and use them during check-in. The passes are pooled and tracked with your membership, so anyone in the family can use them when they bring a guest.

Last summer we transitioned guest passes from the old card system to our new online system, and any balance you had on your cards (positive or negative) was input into the new system at that time. We’ve been using this system to track guests since then. A large number of members has already taken advantage of adding guest passes using the new system.

In some cases, some memberships will have a negative balance (in a few cases these came over from the old card system). As a courtesy we allow memberships to go slightly into the red but ask that you purchase passes and clear this up at your convenience. If you have any questions on your pass usage, we can provide the details from the guest check-in logs (and if necessary, from what was transitioned from the old cards).
