Our hiring process has now been completed for the 2025 season. If you are interested in employment here at View Ridge, please look for our hiring announcement this coming December 2025 for the 2026 summer season.

We are now accepting applications for Lifeguards/Swim Lesson Instructors, Tennis Instructors, and Snack Shack Attendants.

The best summer job you’ll ever have!

• Lifeguards and Swim Lesson Instructor applicants must hold a current lifeguard certification by opening day of May 7, 2025.
• Applicants must be 16 years old by May 7, 2025.
• Snack Shack Attendance applicants will need a current King County Food Handlers Permit. Must be 14 years old to apply. Priority given to those currently in the 9th grade or higher.
• Tennis Instructors must be 14 years old to apply. Priority given to those currently in the 9th grade or higher.
• Lifeguards, Swim Lesson Instructors, and Tennis Instructors must be able to teach 3 out of the 5 sessions of group lessons. Sessions run every 2 weeks beginning June 23th, 2025.
• If selected, applicants must be available for an in-person interview beginning February 5th through February 13th specific dates and times TBD. 
• All newly hired staff members must attend our mandatory crew orientation Sunday April 6, 2025 11am – 3pm. 
• All Staff will need a bank account for direct deposit of paychecks.
• All cover letters and resumes must be formatted in WORD or PDF to be accepted for consideration. Failure to submit both will leave an application incomplete.

Once we review all cover letters and resumes, we will contact those who qualify to schedule an in-person interview. Interviews will be held in our Clubhouse at View Ridge Swim and Tennis Club.
